About This Stay
This ground floor 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit features a queen bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. The living room offers comfortable seating and a smart TV with streaming access. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware. A separate dining area with seating for two is available. Guests also have access to on-site parking and a large backyard area. Guests have full private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. Guests also have access to the backyard space and on-site parking. The owner’s supply closet is not accessible to guests. I am available through the Airbnb app for any questions or concerns during your stay. I respond quickly and am happy to help, but I also respect your privacy so you can enjoy your stay comfortably. This is a ground floor unit in a city area close to downtown attractions. No parties or events allowed. Strict no-smoking policy ($250 fee for violations). Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Government ID may be required before check-in.
